On the road again? Don't forget to pack your essential oils! Whatever you have planned on your travel itinerary, essential oils can help make hittin' the road a little easier. Try these 7 game-changing tricks to troubleshoot traveling woes.
Breathing in a few drops of Peppermint Oil can ease nausea. Add it to a cotton ball and carry it with you or place a few drops on your wrist before your trip.
Energizing oils such as Peppermint or Orange make for an uplifting air freshener in the car and increase alertness while driving. Simply add a few drops of your favorite oil to a cotton ball and place between your air vents to diffuse. Avoid using calming oils such as Lavender while driving.
Place a drop of Lavender Oil on your wrists or on a cotton ball and gently inhale just before the plane takes off to help ease anxiety and restlessness.
