Step one, select a creamy base.

Add 2 cups of your favorite creamy drink such as whole milk, soy milk, almond milk, or any other kind of creamy drink.

Step 2, select fruits

Add 1 1/2 cups of your favorite frozen fruit combination

Strawberries, bananas, blueberries, mango, pineapple, raspberries, blackberries, ... the possibilities are endless!

Step three, choose a nutritional powder.

Add a serving of nutritional powder for more nutrients and minerals

Add up to 1 tablespoon of topping
