Directions: Apply 1 full pump, once a day, to inner leg or inner arm. Massage well into skin.
Menstruating Women: Apply once a day, morning or night, on days 12 thru 27 of your cycle (period starts day 1).
Menopausal Women: Apply once a day, morning or night, for 25 consecutive days followed by a 5-day break.
