Return Policy

In order to protect our staff we have decided to suspend returns until things return to normal. Customers will need to hold on to the products and we will extend the 30 day policy and issue the credit once we can safely receive the products back into our warehouse.


  • If a package goes to wrong address & unopened, we will accept the package.
  • If we ship a wrong product to the customer – the customer may hold on to the wrong product and we will ship the correct item to the customer.

Thank you for shopping at Hi-Health. If within 30 days of receiving your order you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a full refund. If the merchandise in your shipment arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.



All products come with an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. Any purchase outside the guarantee will receive an in store credit. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 266-2323 to arrange your return.

The packing slip that came with your order comes with a return form and return address label.

  1. Fully complete the information on the form. Be sure to indicate the reason code for your return.
  2. If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to carefully secure your merchandise.
  3. Include the return form in your shipping box and affix the return address label.
  4. For your protection, we suggest you ship back your package via UPS, insured Parcel Post, or some other traceable shipping method. Make sure to save your receipt! Ship the return package to:

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within several days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


    All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
