You can manage your Auto-Shipment subscriptions by logging into your Hi-Health account to set shipment dates, adjust item quantities or cancel your subscription.
If are having difficulty accessing your subscription, you can request a link by email to access your subscriptions.
Alternatively, you can simply call (800) 266-2323 and our customer care team is ready to help make adjustments to your subscriptions.
What if I need to cancel my Auto-Shipment?
You may cancel at any time, as long as your order has not shipped – you will not be billed for any further shipments.
What happens if my product is backordered or unavailable?
If an item is backordered, the item(s) will be delivered as soon as they are available, at no extra cost to you.
How do I return product(s) if necessary?
Call our customer care team at (800) 266-2323 to arrange your return. Note that returning item(s) from your Auto-Shipment order does not cancel future delivery. To cancel a subscription, you’ll have to do so by managing your subscriptions or by calling Customer Service at (800) 866-2323.
