    Suggested Use: Take up to 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL; 40 drops) daily. Mix the drops into your beverage of choice at mealtimes. If it's your first time taking ConcenTrace(R), follow the daily usage instructions above. DO NOT REFRIGERATE.

    Dosage:

    • Week 1: 10 drops/day
    • Week 2: 20 drops/day
    • Week 3: 30 drops/day
    • Week 4+: Up to 40 drops/day
    • Add an additional 5 drops daily, as tolerated, until you reach a max of 40 drops (0.5tsp).

    A high intake of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce the serving size.
